Sani Festival means Sani Hill. From the very beginning it is the landmark of the festival and provides the perfect setting for unforgettable concerts. During the years, when the festival was flourished with different kinds of art, the need for the creation of new venues was born. Later on, we added Cine Orfeas to the venues, where the Sani Classic concerts take place.
The division of the festival in thematic units, instead of messily stacked events, the selection of artists according to their history in the artistic spectrum, as well as their vanguard creations, the constant improvement of venue facilities, and the formation of new venues for events - always based on quality. Those are the main elements of Sani Festival that have claimed its mark in our country's cultural map.
Sani Hill
The natural amphitheatre of the Sani Hill, with its mediaeval tower, forms an ideal setting for concerts and dance performances by some of the world’s most talented artists. The natural harmony of sea, land and sky seems to make our perceptions more acute, stimulating our sense of sound and vision, inspiring both performers and audience and raising them for a short, magical interval onto a higher plane, an escape from the routine of our daily lives.
Garden Theatre
The sections of the Sani Festival, Avant Garde Theatre, Fine Greek Music Talents and Classical Waves are presented this year at the Garden Theatre. The contemporary theatre of Sani Resort offers state-of-the-art equipment and technical specifications that makes it ideal in terms of hosting performances of high artistic value. Its capacity of 500 seats and its unique location adjacent to Sani Beach Hotel and Sani Marina, makes the Garden Theatre a venue of the highest caliber.
