Children: Children under the age of 5 years old are not allowed. Children till the age of 12 are admitted free. For children aged 13 and over the full adult charge must be paid. The events on Sani Hill commence at 21:30, unless otherwise stated in the programme brochure or Sani Festival website. The organizers retain the right to change the programme after the official programme brochure has been printed.

Sani Hill is not a conventional theatre but a natural venue next to the mediaeval tower. Most of this space is made available for spectators sitting on the grass or in a limited number of seats at the rear, with capacity for 1500 persons. Purchase of a general admission ticket does not guarantee a seat.

Bottles or other potentially dangerous items may not be brought into the audience area. The ticket purchaser accepts that the organizers bear no liability for any accidents or damage to property that may be caused by inappropriate behaviour on the part of the audience.

It is strictly forbidden to bring any inflammable materials into the audience area.

No audiovisual or photographic equipment may be brought into the audience area for purposes of videoing, recording or photographing a concert or part thereof. Mobile phones must be turned off.

In the event of a concert being cancelled owing to force majeure (for example, strikes, government decisions, indisposition of a performer, etc.) then the date and place where the ticket price may be refunded will be announced as soon as possible.

In the event of an event being cancelled during the first half hour owing to bad weather, the organizers will announce the date and place at which the ticket price will be refunded.

In the event of an event being postponed, tickets are not refunded but are valid for the new date, which will be announced in the media.
